Abel "Tito" Vargas, 64, of Jasper passed away on Monday, December 02, 2019 at CHI St. Luke's in Houston. Kaye loved country music and enjoyed playing cards, especially Rook. Kit Carson in the South Pacific, and on the S.S. Czechoslovakia Victory making trips to Adak and Attu off the coast of Alaska. Sara was preceded in death by her parents Simon Peter Jessee and Vicky Kay Davis Mullins; her maternal grandparents Denver and Opal Davis; her brother Curtis. Matthews & wife Mabel Ruth of Fannett and Malcolm Matthews & wife Frances of Beaumont; as well as his grandchildren Sloan, Jacy, Matt & Cassidy. A private Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. He was an active member of the first Presbyterian. Katherine was a Christian and a member of the Presbyterian Church–Pound, VA. She was married to her husband Thurman for 70 years until his passing in 2010.
