Some people were disappointed with the condidtion of the reef, but you have to understand this paradise has fallen victim to 2 major catagory 4 cyclones in the past 2 years & the reef is in recovery.
You can choose to take part in a myriad of activities or simply lie by the pool reading a book while your kids are having the time of the lives...what is not to like!
The resort is beautifully appointed in all the ways it needs to be without being ostentatious. I still found the marine life wonderful & always saw something new. Both adults and child made friends during our week stay. The whole family has come back relaxed and raving about the wonderful time we had at JMCR.

The water is clear and the bay area nice and secluded.
The resort takes great pride in being connected to the beautiful natural environment the area is blessed with and the people who make it their home.
Add to that the amazing diving, fishing, snorkeling opportunities and fantastic food and drink service... JMCR will see us again!We have anchored in the bay at the Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort on a number of occasions while sailing through Fiji.

There were many staff for every guest and all you had to do was look up and you get what you needed. We have wanted to go to JMC for years, but i have always been put off byu the extra flight from Nadi.
